When I signed up I did not realize that this site was connected to Cupid and I have had poor experience with them in the past. I requested cancellation.

I was still being billed 2 months after I requested concellation . Their position was that they had no information that I requested cancellation. I was not entitled to any refund. I was told that refunds were not given.

Had to change Credit Card #. Stay away from Cupid, Date Match, etc. They do not perform but will take your money.

If you try to cancel, make sure that you get names, dates, times, cancellation confirmation numbers. They will not have cancellation information as that that prevents them for charging you.

DateMatch - Horrible customer service

andre employee 4037 was rude and unprofessional when I mentioned I had no recall of signing up for this trial membership. I did sign up for another site, but resolved that with their CS department. Andre kept telling me that I was being threatening by saying chargeback, then he said let me help you so that "we can put an end to this passive aggressiveness."

I'm going to contact my bank and do a chargeback, just because Andre was unprofessional and rude.

I would be very skeptical of this site and just go find dates within a 10 miles radius of your home

DateMatch - Trial dating

was soppose to get a three day trial membership i got charged for 3 months no trial .no trial peroid so 3 months @24.95 is roughly 75 dollars. i'turning over information to my credit card co. along with the bils fromthe last 3 months.you charged me money that should'nt have been charged.and i want my money back.oce my credit card co.receives this information i don't know how you thought i would not notice tat you was chargeing me the wrong amount?i hope that you geverything that is coming your way.you give every co on the interent a bd name.

Monetary Loss: $75.
